Greetings from the buildings and grounds of Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School.  We are proud to report a long list of milestones completed in our “Investing In Our Kids’ Future” capital project.

Phase II of the project is approaching completion with our newly expanded Middle and High School cafeteria, renovated classrooms, computer labs, hallways, district parking lot/parent drop off (Carter Street in Cattaraugus), Franklin Street entrance with sidewalk and electronic message sign, outdoor basketball court and the Little Valley playground.

Phase III scope features energy saving renovations to the primary building (new lights, windows and roof) as well as fresh paint and new flooring, upgrades to our security system, new T-Wolf Stadium (artificial infill turf field for football, soccer and physical education, Olympic standard all weather track and concession stand with restrooms), new baseball, softball and modified soccer fields, new Primary playground (thanks to the funding provided by the PTA Playground Committee and Turner Construction) and underground water detention (gone is the unsightly mosquito attracting pond!).

During the school year we will complete the Large Group Instruction Room (LGI), the T.V. studio, security system upgrades, energy savings renovations, sound systems in the cafeteria and gymnasiums, Middle School gymnasium bleachers and partition and classroom casework.

Next summer our contractors put the finishing touches on our project including new bleachers and resurfaced floor in the High School gymnasium, renovated Middle School gymnasium entrance off Carter Street, new Middle School gymnasium parking lot/parent drop off (Carter Street in Cattaraugus), improvements to our Hoyt Street property and completed energy saving renovations.
