     The Moro Reflex Integration Exercise

Daily exercise is not only good for physical health, but is also good for the brain. Below is an exercise hat you can do with your child at home.  This is optional, but recommended. This particular exercise, the "starfish exercise", after being completed every day for 30 days helps to integrate the Moro reflex. This will, in turn, form a strong connection with the brain and the body especially in the areas of reading, writing and math.
