    Proposed Capital Improvements Project, 2021

    A proposed capital improvements project vote is scheduled for May 18th.  The following links provide detailed information on Proposition No. 3 of the annual budget vote.  A capital improvements project public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 4th at 6:30 p.m. in the MS/HS theatre in-person and by zoom.  The proposed project is tax neutral with NO increase in taxes to CLV residents.  The CLV district receives 90.7% state aid on capital projects and the local share of 9.3% is offset by an established capital reserve funds and Smart Schools Bond Act funds.


    Unused Emergency Days

    To date, the district has not used any emergency closing days for this school year. If no emergency days are used between now and Memorial Day weekend, in addition to Monday, May 31st (Memorial Day), students will have off Thursday, May 27th, Friday, May 28th and Tuesday, June 1st. If an emergency day is used prior to the holiday weekend, updates will be issued.

    Food Boxes
    Weekly Farmers to Families Program - Extended - Food is available Every Tuesday until further notice! 
    **The Farmers to Families food boxes will be available Tuesday, May 18th stating at 4:00 p.m. at CLV's transportation facility located at 9447 Pleasant Valley (Gowin Gulf) Road in Cattaraugus .  The boxes will contain produce, dairy and meat.  As supplies are limited, please be considerate of others and limit to one box per family. Thank you!

    Student COVID - 19 Daily Screening Form to be completed by Parent/Guardian Before Sending your Child(ren)to School

    As part of our reopening plan we are asking parents to complete an on-line COVID – 19 electronic screening form before sending your child(ren) to school.  The on-line form (located to the left of this page under Return to School) is secure and confidential. Daily temperature screening and assessment of the four COVID-19 close contact/potential exposure questions will be conducted at each school building as students exit the school bus and/or enter the school building (parent drop off and walkers). 


    A COVID - 19 hotline is now available to parents/guardians at 257-5625.  Please call this number if you have questions specific to COVID- 19 and the district will be in communication with you. Thank you.  


    Please compete the registration form as soon as possible in order for the district to provide Free breakfast and lunch to our child(ren).
