To search for a term within the Policy:

a.  Open the policy manual

b.  Hit the keys Ctrl and F or right click "Find"

c.  Type the term in the Find box, hit enter

d.  Hit next or previous to navigate

To print a page or a number of pages:

a.  From the desired policy, right click "Print"

b.  Print the current page or print the range of pages if the policy is multiple pages.
