All‑County Festival #2 in Olean concluded with an inspiring performance by the Junior High Chorus under the direction of Mr. Moore, who served as the choral director for the event. The ensemble proved to be an exceptional group of young musicians, and Mr. Moore expressed deep admiration for their talent, focus, and enthusiasm. He described them as one of the finest Junior High choruses he has worked with throughout his All‑County conducting experiences.
Mr. Moore extended heartfelt appreciation to his colleagues across the county for preparing their students so thoroughly. He also recognized Colleen Stoffel for her invaluable support throughout the weekend.
A particularly special acknowledgment went to Pat Waldron, who stepped in on short notice to accompany the chorus. Mr. Moore shared his gratitude for her musicianship and friendship, both of which contributed greatly to the festival’s success.
He also took a moment to honor his own students, noting that they continually remind him why he is passionate about teaching and music-making.
This festival marked a meaningful milestone: the final All‑County performance Mr. Moore will conduct in his career. It proved to be a fitting and memorable finale—one filled with outstanding music, collaboration, and celebration.
