There are many reason for students to be active in school sports. It can reduce their stress, increase their confidence and self-esteem and enhance their mental health. Being on a sports team encourages teamwork and cooperation. It helps build stronger relationships with their peers. Being on a team is also a lot of fun! Lets fill our rosters this winter!
